Synopsis: this is my default download manager.. been using it since the heydays of RapidShare.. i like it over others because it's a standalone unit.. (ie. IDM integrates into your Browser and leaves a mess behind)

Minimal requirements: Windows XP with Service Pack 2+, 32/64.
JD-Premium: includes JD.May.18, updated daily here. Simply replace in Data directory.
PAF updating: manually copy JD-Premium from DefaultData into Data. (incase personal accts are added)
